Our physiotherapy team works alongside our GPs and allied health professionals to provide hands-on treatment for musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries and WorkCover claims. Being located inside a medical centre means your physio and GP can communicate directly about your care, which leads to better outcomes.
We use evidence-based treatment methods including manual therapy, targeted exercise programs, dry needling and education to help you recover, manage pain and get back to doing the things you enjoy.

Bulk billing is available for patients with a GP Chronic Disease Management Plan (formerly EPC plan). Your GP at Southport Metro can assess whether you are eligible and set up a plan for you in a standard appointment. Without a care plan, standard private fees apply and private health claiming is available on-site through HICAPS.
