Our psychologist Steven Kose is a Consultant Psychologist available on Fridays at Southport Metro Medical Centre. He works with children aged 9 and over, adolescents, adults and couples using evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing and Solution-Focused Therapy.
To access Medicare rebates, you need a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan. Our GPs can prepare this for you, and with a valid plan you can receive rebates on up to 10 sessions per calendar year. If you already have a plan from another GP, you can bring that in and book directly.
