Dr Seham Ayad is an experienced female GP who is well known to Gold Coast patients, having practised across the region for many years. She is a Fellow of both the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners, and has particular interests in women’s health and children’s health. Her patients value her warm, unhurried style and the genuine care she takes in seeing families stay healthy and well.

Does Dr Ayad speak Arabic or French?
Yes, both. Dr Ayad consults in English, Arabic and French. Mention your language preference when booking and she will conduct the consultation accordingly.
Can I see Dr Ayad for my cervical screening test?
Yes. Dr Ayad performs cervical screening tests and can talk you through the current five yearly screening program. Many patients specifically choose a female GP for this, and you are welcome to request extra time when booking if you have other things to discuss.
Does Dr Ayad see children?
Absolutely. Children’s health is one of Dr Ayad’s special interests, from babies through to teenagers. Children under 16 with a Medicare card should ask reception about billing arrangements when booking.
