Dr Wong Time Based Consultation Fees
Dr Wong charges in 5 minute increments during standard hours. The fee is based on the actual length of your consultation. His after hours fees are shown in the table above.

Important Notes
- Medicare rebates are set by the Australian Government and subject to change at any time.
- We have EFTPOS and HICAPS/Medicare machines at reception. Medicare rebates are generally returned instantly, though some can take up to 48 hours.
- Allied health Medicare rebates (psychology, physiotherapy, dietitian) are only available with a valid GP referral or Care Plan. Ask your GP whether you’re eligible before booking.
- Private health fund rebates for allied health can be claimed on the spot via HICAPS. Allianz is excluded from HICAPS processing.
- A cancellation or did not attend fee of $80 applies when an appointment is cancelled within 2 hours or not attended. Some practitioners charge higher cancellation fees at their discretion.
- All doctors are independent contractors and set their own fees. Bulk billing is at the treating doctor’s discretion for eligible patients.
- For after-hours appointments, after-hours item numbers and rebates apply. These attract a higher rebate from Medicare than standard hours.
- ADHD assessments require a deposit at the time of booking. The deposit is forfeited if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours.
